The Flume Gorge surrounds our stunning Visitors Center where you can experience the historic wonder of Franconia Notch State Park in high definition, enjoy a meal or light snack and browse our selection of New Hampshire made products.

In addition to touring the world-renowned Flume Gorge, there is much more to do nearby. Visitors can ride the exciting aerial tramway at Cannon Mountain, swim at Echo Lake, net a trout at Profile Lake, ride a nine mile paved recreational path through Franconia Notch State Park, watch for hawks and falcons on Cannon Cliffs, visit the New England Ski Museum and hike on the Appalachian Trail. Spend the day and enjoy Franconia Notch State Park.

Directions
Take I-93 north or south, depending on your starting point. The Flume Gorge and Visitor Center is located at exit 34A. The Cannon Mountain Aerial Tramway is located at exit 34B.

Hours & Rates
The Flume Gorge is open daily beginning Friday, May 9th, 9am to 5pm, weather permitting. During July and August, extended hours are from 9am to 5:30pm.
